DWTS Design-a-Dance Finalist 2

Here is my entry for the design a dance contest for season 13 of Dancing with the Stars. The dance is paso doble and the song is Lady Gaga's "Bad Romance." This puts a bit of pressure on me because this is the same dance where I made the final five in on season 9 of the show in 2009.

Originally for the woman's costume, the leotard part was going to be solid black, but it was a bit plain. After re-watching the music video to the song, the idea hit me: black lace over a flesh-toned leotard. What do you guys think? Do you think the black lace over flesh-tone is too much or not?

UPDATE 2: Unfortunately, I did not get enough votes to win. I was told that I was so close. I'm shocked because many people though my design was more original and intresting than the costume design that won. Thank you guys for voting for my design.
